LEADERSHIP
People who lead need people who follow! For this reason, executives face a double challenge: They need to find solutions for technical challenges and they have to win the employees for their strategy. Outstanding performance emerges not simply by paid workers, but by people who identify themselves with the goals of their superiors. In companies we find that resources remain unused, because skills and qualifications of employees are not challenged enough.
With my training I want to help executives to increase their "efficiency" and so that they empower their employees.
