Consulting with Austconsulting usually happens in the interaction between coaching and internal workshops. In that way, changes can be established and the effect will be sustainable.
I offer coaching sessions in Hamburg, at the customer premises or alternatively at any customer related location whichever is best situated.
Mostly it comes to the following two priorities:
- Important professional decisions,
- Accompanied coaching in difficult career-phases.
In the first two consulting meetings we already find the basics for solutions. In the following process, it is usually necessary to obtain further information and to await new developments or analyzing new results from actions of the client.
The accompanying coaching usually extends over a period of several days, weeks and months. The goal of the coaching is a successful process from a clear analysis of the situation to concrete targets. We clarify the base case together with you in order to set the right direction for a long term of economical sustainable success.
