ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The aim of organizational development is to increase the efficiency of a company.

As a systemic consultant my basic attitude is characterized by the conviction, that goal oriented answers to problems, can be worked out by the employees.
In the most cases we find an alignment with the management - thus identifying them into the solutions. If needed, I will work out individual activities with each of the managers holding individual responsibilities.

This way I take care of the development of managers and employees having the key issues always in view: Strategy, cooperation, leadership and corporate culture.
