Integrity is a necessity
     
The Latin word "integritas" means "intact" or "complete". People are created differently in their abilities and talents. That's the reason why a mature character is pretty individual. Under integrity I understand  a people's personality, which is consistent in itself and truly matured.
Integrity is the key to a successful life.

Only once people are willing to change, they can develop further and even beyond their expectations. You can grow internally, mature and develop your strengths.

The American psychologist Henry Cloud speaks in this context of five skills for a mature character, which we find so ingenious that we like to play those here:

 1. The ability to build authentic relationships (result: trust).
 2. The ability to see the truth (result: achieved targets).
 3. The ability to work with determined perseverance (result: objectives are achieved).
 4. The ability to face negative things (result: problems are solved).
 5. The ability to think growth-oriented and to act upon (result: growth).
 6. The ability to think beyond (result: a bigger picture of the world and themselves).

If our skills are well developed in these areas, we are almost guaranteed to pin good marks in our lives.
